How can I train to run a mile and a half?

For cheer leading tryouts (at the end of May so It's gives me about two months) they want us to run a mile and a half to test our endurance. I hate running and I have bad will power. I did x-country in the beginning of the year and ashamedly quit after a month because it was too much. But, I really want to do this. I could use tips but what I really need it a training schedule or an idea for one. Thanks!

What is a VPN?


VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
